The 68th British Academy Film Awards popular among masses as BAFATA’s were telecast on February 8, 2015 at Royal Opera House, London to acknowledge the best of work of British films and international films in 2014 under 24 categories. The awards are presented by British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).

Besides organizing its award ceremonies BAFATA provides yearly International programme for learning events and initiatives that allows aspiring talent to achieve its goal by conducting workshops, mentoring scheme, lectures etc across LA, New York, UK.

The host for the evening was Stephen Fry who had hosted the awards for the 10th time in the history of awards. The ceremony was telecast on BBC One and BBC Three. The nominees were announced on   January 9, 2015 by Stephen Fry and Sam Claflin.

The Grand Budapest Hotel grabbed 5 awards whereas Boyhood, The Theory of Everything and Whiplash grabbed 3 awards each.
